Resolved Question: decision time but what should i choose,please help?
i have just been accepted onto an hnd performing arts course lasting two years. i have been studyng performing for the past 3 years following two previous courses one in childcare where i worked in a primary school for a year as part of my training and loved followed by a music course which i was rubbish at and hated. i wasnt accepted (thankfully) onto the higher music course so i changed for performing arts as i really wanted to go back to college (i was 17 at the time and didnt know what else i wanted to do) i sucked at my first year at PA as i was self conscious and didnt have any performing experience,so i failed my course. but that only made me more determined to succeed (and i missed my friends,this guy i liked all the wrong reasons really,but this isnt relevant to why i want to go back now)so i re-enrolled and two years later i completed my course with distinctions and throughly enjoyed the last year. i was planning a gap year before uni as ive never had a break from education but i got swayed to join the hnd course as i would miss performing(singing mainly as i cant really act and i feel awkward doing it) and the lifestyle (the wide range of eccentric people and aftershow parties which i can still keep in touch with and attend i suppose) also i didnt want to go full time in my part time catering job (i like it but i dont want a career in catering) then the other day i came across a post available for a nursery assistant which i enquired about and ive just recieved the application,its my dream job working with kids (i want to eventually train as a teacher and it would give me more experience and confirm actually want to do it and that its not just a childhood whim whereas my course although its a degree course i would still have to go to uni to do teacher training so it wouldnt get me any futher on than if i just went straight to uni next yr) its good money,which would allow me to get a mortage,car,travel etc. all the normal stuff a 21 yr old should be doing. and i could still work at my curent job which im used to,at weekends. my overall dream job is to work with kids and i feel quilty about applying to my new course and listening to everyone sayhow they want to act and perform wheras i wasnt to teach,this course is mainly theory based and 2 yrs is a long time,most of my friends have left now anyway and im more mature and feel embarrased saying im a student at college. i just want to grow up and move on but that place is like a second home to me and i never got to say goodbye’ as i assumed i was going back. i have only five days until i do and part of me is excited about the new challenges and people,but part of me feels that im missing out on life and its holding me back.
its jus an interview,but should i go,and what if i get the job do i take it? maybe i should go on my course after all its still a degree wheras working in a nursey is just a job. please help

Resolved Question: Is she allowed to take the house whenever she wants?
Before i met my boyfriend he owned a house with his wife (divorced two years ago). Every time she has a problem with him she says she can walk in whenever she wants and take the house cause she owns half or it. He has been paying the mortage she hasnt. He is scared that if he puts a bunch of money into the house she will come back saying she will take the house. She has a different address and no longer lives in the house. Is she allowed to just walk in whenever she wants and possibly take the house when she wants it? Please help, because i am planning on moving in with him real soon and don’t want to if thats the case. Thanks

Resolved Question: After two years of a bankruptcy discharge on my mortgage, what happens if I quit paying my payments?
I thought my mortage was re-affermed for two and a half years until I got my credit report and it said it was discharged. I talked to my bankruptcy attorney and he also told me it was discharged back in january 2009. My realter and I are trying to shortsale and I have stopped making payments. What can the lender do as far as credit reporting and foreclosure process? Shouldn’t they have come taken the house after bankruptcy? Im confused!

I lost my job of 15 years working in a plant. I have been a volunteer at Sinai grace Hospital, working in labor and delivery for a year now, which is great. But I need a pay check. I’m a great worker and i show up for work and I have great recommendations from the hospital. I draw blood too, but where are the jobs, i’m on the internet day after day, but nothing. I have a home to pay for. And I am a single parent. God has been so good to me. I have not wanted for anything sense I have not been working. I am graceful and want the world to know that God will take care of his children in their time of need so don’t give up on God cause he won’t give up on you. I been off for a little over a year. And it does not feel good. But I’m not behind on bills or the mortage. I need a job. I’m sure u all have heard this before. If there is anyone in the Detroit area that needs a good worker, or need home health care for there parents or children. I am available or a plant that is hiring and wants someone dependable. Hell if you are a employer that hires. I will work for you. I have worked all my life. I’m not use to not working. And I don’t want to get use to it. Can someone please hire me. Desperately seeking a job. But again God has been seeing me through this and taking care of all of my needs, but I have to say that I’m getting a little nervous here. Most people would have lost it all by now. God see the best in me. And I believe that he has a better plan for me, something that I don’t see right now.
